Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements and Qualifications • Experience in customer support is a plus • Market knowledge • Good negotiation skills • Time management and planning skills • Ability to work well under pressure. • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry. • Good interpersonal skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to conduct thorough research. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends. • Experience in training and mentoring staff. • Degree or Diploma or minimum three years relevant work experience • Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
