About this role

Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement / Business Process Re-engineering to drive operational excellence and business transformation across supply chain and warehouse operations. This role will lead continuous improvement initiatives, champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve productivity, optimise business processes, and deliver sustainable operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Change Management methodologies. Identify opportunities to streamline business and operational processes, eliminate waste, and improve productivity and efficiency. Lead business process redesign and job redesign projects to improve operational effectiveness. Drive supply chain and warehouse transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, automation, and digitalisation projects. Analyse operational data, business processes, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions. Coach, mentor, and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver transformation initiatives within agreed timelines, budgets, and project objectives. Partner with internal stakeholders across business functions to implement operational improvements and achieve business goals. Support operations research, performance analysis, and business analytics to drive informed decision-making. Promote best practices in operational excellence, quality, and process improvement. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Re-engineering, or Supply Chain Transformation. Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in operational improvement projects. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred. Experience leading business process redesign, organisational improvement, and operational transformation initiatives. Strong project management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training is advantageous. Good understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and business process optimisation. Knowledge of ISO management systems, quality standards, HSE, and sustainability practices is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Analytical, data-driven, and able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
