About this role
Key Responsibilities Proactively engage passers-by and office workers, inviting them to experience the ORClinic retail space and products. Recommend and sell ORClinic retail products based on customers' needs. Introduce (cross sell) relevant clinic services (e.g. consultations, treatments and wellness programmes) and refer interested customers to the clinic team. Educate customers on our TCM x Tech approach and communicate the key benefits of our products and services. Support in-store retail activations, product sampling and promotional campaigns where required. Requirement Proven retail sales or promoter experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, beauty or premium retail. Comfortable engaging PMETs and working professionals in a CBD environment. Outgoing, proactive and confident in initiating conversations with strangers. Understand and articulate the USPs of ORClinic's retail products and services. We're looking at a part-time promoter , targeting the lunch crowd (approximately 11:00am–2:00pm on weekdays), with the flexibility to adjust hours based on demand and performance.
