Core Responsibilities Customer Service: Welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints promptly. Order Taking & Fulfillment: Accurately process dine-in, takeaway, or delivery orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar. Cashiering: Process payments via cash, credit card, or digital wallets using POS systems. Maintenance & Hygiene: Keep dining areas, counters, and workstations clean, sanitized, and fully stocked according to health and safety standards.
