Sales Merchandiser

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser (FMCG) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our growing team at Ouji (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent product visibility, optimal stock levels, and effective in-store execution across assigned retail outlets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to drive sell-out performance and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned retail outlets to ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to company guidelines Execute in-store merchandising, planograms, promotions, and point-of-sale displays Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replenishment needs to prevent out-of-stock situations Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel and supervisors Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions Support sales activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with internal teams on stock issues, display setups, and operational matters Submit timely reports, photos, and updates on merchandising activities Requirements: At least 1 year of merchandising or FMCG retail experience preferred Fresh candidates with strong interest in FMCG merchandising are welcome to apply Must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable with field-based work. Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Working Schedule: Working days: Wednesday to Monday Rest day: Tuesday
