Cx Business & Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams. Design and govern architectures across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, including data models and integrations. Guide and mentor project teams of 5 or more members. Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce certification(s) relevant to solution architecture and platform implementation. Strong enterprise architecture skills and experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions. Experience working in a system integrator or consulting environment. Ability to independently lead projects and drive successful delivery. This position is open to all who are fulfilling aforesaid requirements.
