Live Station Kitchen Crew (Food & Beverages)

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing food and beverages at the live station and supporting food production in the central kitchen while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes. Prepare ingredients and food products for central kitchen production. Set up, replenish, and maintain the live station and kitchen work areas. Pack, label, and store food products correctly. Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion consistency. Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO procedures. Monitor stock levels and support daily kitchen operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Basic food and beverage preparation experience preferred. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
