F&B Supervisor

Job Description: Oversee the service of all food & beverages. Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position. Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations. Maintaining safety and food quality standards. Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. To ensure excellent customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience. Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations. Provide support as needed in various department. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by operation managers.
