Semicon Service Engineer

Overview Looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Gas Purification Systems at customer sites. Maximum equipment uptime, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability. Responsibilities : Install, commission, maintain, and repair Gas Purification Systems. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Minimize equipment downtime through timely and effective repairs. Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance records. Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support. Ensure compliance with company and customer safety requirements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience ( semiconductor or industrial gas industry preferred ). Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and travel to customer sites. Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning.
