Project Manager (A1 Main Contractor, Institutional Building Project)

About the company and role Our client is a well-established Singapore-based construction firm with a strong track record in delivering institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery, the company has successfully completed numerous public sector and large-scale building projects across Singapore. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead an upcoming institutional building project . Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire site operation throughout the project lifecycle Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders effectively Monitor project progress, costs, and resources to ensure alignment with budget and schedule Serve as the key point of contact for all project-related matters Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore At least 10 years of experience in institutional building projects (e.g., schools, healthcare, public facilities) Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity Proven track record in managing projects independently from start to completion Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of local construction regulations and authority requirements Please send your CV outlining your relevant experience to wenyu.jiang@peoplesearch.jobs (Jiang Wenyu, Reg No: R1332558).
