Job responsibilities: Attend to all enquirers and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service Handle administrative work related to gift redemption during malls promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers Be familiar and well-versed with the malls floor plan, facilities and available services To provide directional assistance to shoppers/tourist Handle complains and suggestions with professionalism Day to day maintain and update database management Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk Answering incoming call enquirers Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Minimum GCE “N” Levels qualification Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Willing to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays Working Hours / Location: Marine Parade MRT Station 5 days work week - rotating shift (11:15am to 9pm) Uniform and Training Provided!
