Retail Wellness Advisor (Up To $3K + Commissions / Wellness)

Location : Islandwide Working hours: 11AM - 9PM (Subject to changes) 5 days per week ( incl. both weekends , up to 44 hours per week) Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month (Based on experience) Uncapped Commission: Averagely around $800 - $1500 Benefits: AL - 14 days per year Medical Benefits Entitled to Staff Discounts after confirmation AWS Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies or roadshows. Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage. Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs. Achieve daily/ weekly sales targets and track product performance. Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service. Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required. Requirements: Min GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is strongly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health and wellness. Able to commit long-term, work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
