Seeking a Communications & Content Specialist to support the Singapore Communications team in delivering impactful internal and external communications initiatives.This role focuses on content creation, multimedia production, event coordination, media monitoring, and governance compliance, ensuring alignment with global communications standards and processes. Location: Changi Contract: 12 months Communications & Content Development Develop high-quality communication materials, including presentations, memos, fact sheets, and leadership communications for internal and external audiences. Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, digital assets, and social media content. Manage and maintain internal communication channels such as intranet platforms, newsletters, and employee communications. Support strategic communications projects and campaigns. Media Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and analyse media coverage, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment. Support media relations activities and manage external monitoring vendors. Prepare reports and insights to support communications planning and decision-making. Event Management & Coordination Coordinate logistics and administrative support for leadership visits, town halls, campaigns, and employee engagement events. Manage end-to-end event execution, including content development, creative design, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of communications initiatives. Governance & Operations Ensure compliance with communications governance, approval, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Support regular and ad hoc reporting requirements. Multimedia creation Managed end-to-end content creation for marketing and communications campaigns, including concept development, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, subtitling, and post-production of social media and event content across digital and own…
