Sales Specialist (Call Centre / 2800 Sgd + Monthly Commission)

Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, call quality, and operational standards. Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products to existing and prospective customers. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products based on customers' needs. Convert company-provided leads into successful sales through effective telemarketing activities. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Quality Assurance standards. Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system. Support ad hoc duties and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements: Any education can apply. Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales will be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
