Banking Tester (Contract / Up To $5K)

Responsibilities Be a Core Quality Assurance Analyst on Cash related products like Payments, Receivables, Digital Channels and Liquidity using Gen Ai tools and support the Regional Operations and business group for Change implementation. Liaise with stakeholders eg T&O teams across locations to understand requirements and user stories. Perform end to end UAT using Gen Ai like Claude, Gemini, Plan UAT, document test scenarios, document and execute test cases. Assist in planning and executing evaluation with Data Chapter analysts for DAAS, SMM model monitoring methods, writing and testing simple, complex prompts, overlay samples and test in Gen AI studio, UAT and environment and production. Prepare for post production model monitoring, dashboard setup, data driven operations support. Apply and implement Agents in real life scenarios and process flows. Analyse test requirements to prepare test scenarios and test cases. Plan and ensure test environment and data availability. Prepare test data required for testing. Conduct execution of test cases manually and/or using automation tools. Monitor and control test activities such as conduct execution of test cases, raise, monitor, track and retesting of defects. Ensure completeness in the validation of test cases, conduct test scenarios and results walkthrough with stakeholders. Familiar with change management lifecycle and agile methodology. Establish a communication schedule to update sponsors, stakeholders, etc. on the progress of the projects. Communicate/report project status to manager/stakeholders on a timely and regular basis. Establish good interaction and working relationship with various stakeholders. Support opportunities for process improvement and develop action plans and appropriate success measures.
