Job Details: Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays) 3 months contract convert to perm Job Scope: Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals. Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards. Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals. Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.
