Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance (Private Equity / Real Estate) 📍 Location: Tanjong Pagar 💰 Salary: $5,000 – $6,500/month (Depending on experience) 📝 Employment: 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Join a leading investment and finance team supporting private funds across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with strong consolidation and financial reporting expertise, particularly within the real estate or private equity sector. Responsibilities Support the Group's private funds covering real estate properties and alternative investments across Asia Pacific. Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis, providing financial performance commentary. Perform consolidation and monthly closing for funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and associates. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, as well as investor reports. Liaise with fund managers on finance matters, including monthly accounts, cash flow forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. Coordinate and consolidate quarterly forecasts and annual budgets across funds. Manage treasury and cash management activities. Oversee statutory financial statements, audit processes, tax filing, and GST reporting. Requirements 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or private equity funds industry. Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred. Hands-on experience in consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Excellent communication and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with IBM Cognos Controller and SAP will be an added advantage.
