Linux Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions on Linux platforms. Develop scripts and automation tools using Shell, Python, Perl, or other scripting languages. Configure and support middleware, APIs, message queues, and integration services. Integrate Linux systems with enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party solutions. Perform installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of Linux servers and applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration-related issues. Skills/Requirement Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in Linux administration, development, or systems integration. Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, Linux Foundation, or cloud certifications are an advantage. Strong experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, SUSE). Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash/Ksh) and Python. Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies. Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
