Senior HR Manager

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organisational development. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Lead recruitment and selection processes for all levels of the organisation. Develop and manage the company's performance appraisal system. Identify training and development needs to improve employee performance. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance on employment legislation and company policies. Identify training requirements and coordinate learning programmes. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Oversee daily HR operations, including leave administration, attendance, and employee records. Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Allocate work and monitor team performance. Foster continuous improvement within the HR department. Requirements & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 8–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role. Experience handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Experience in strategic HR planning and organisational development is preferred. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems. Willing to travel overseas when required.
