Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities Prepare tender submissions, quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and pricing based on drawings and specifications. Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts. Monitor project costs, budgets, and contractual requirements. Review subcontractor claims and supplier invoices. Maintain proper project documentation and cost records. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on commercial matters. Attend project meetings when required. Support Project Managers on cost control and contractual matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Good knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration. Familiar with progress claims, variation orders, tendering, and final accounts. Good understanding of construction contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet project deadlines. Salary will be commensurate with experience (Min $3500) Only Singaporean or PR may apply. Non Singaporean will be automatically be rejected.
