Job Summary Prepare and verify accurate quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings to support progress claims, variation works, and final accounts. Collaborate with project teams to ensure precise quantity data for cost control and commercial analysis. Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from approved construction, revised, shop, and as-built drawings to support progress claims, variation works, and final accounts Review and verify drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure precise quantity measurement and identify discrepancies or omissions Measure completed works in compliance with contract and project requirements Develop quantity calculations and measurement sheets to support interim payment applications, variation orders, and final account preparation Update quantity take-offs to reflect design revisions, site instructions, and approved changes throughout construction phases Quantify additional or omitted works and compile supporting documentation for variation orders evaluation Verify and reconcile quantities submitted by subcontractors and suppliers against approved drawings, site records, and completed works Maintain organized records of quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, and supporting documents for commercial and contractual use Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and commercial departments to ensure quantity measurements accurately reflect project progress Provide accurate quantity data to support project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, progress reporting, and commercial analysis Assist in preparing monthly progress claims, subcontractor payment assessments, and final account submissions as required Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties assigned by management Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in post-contract quantity surveying within Power Plant, EPC, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects Experience preparing quantity take-offs from Issued for Construction, shop, and as-built drawings Proven experience measuring and valuing civil structural and architectural works for progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies Willingness to work in Jurong Island
