Wag Competitive Gymnastics Coach

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled gymnastics coach to lead program development, place gymnasts appropriately, and manage lesson planning and progress tracking. You will communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and colleagues while supporting camps and competitions. Responsibilities Oversee gymnastics program development to ensure gymnasts achieve required skill levels and are placed in appropriate training groups Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to gymnast progress and skill development Track and review gymnast progress regularly to inform coaching adjustments Establish consistent and clear communication with gymnasts, parents, and team members to support athlete development Support the organization and execution of gymnastics camps and competitions Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate coaching and coordination Required competencies and certifications Hold relevant gymnastics coaching certification Possess a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience or hold a FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique) certificate or its equivalent Able to Choreograph routines is a plus. Be an ex-gymnast with practical experience in the sport Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate a passion for gymnastics and continuous learning of new coaching techniques Exhibit strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
