Bread Baker

Job Description: Prepare and bake bread, buns, pastries, and other bakery products. Measure, mix, knead, shape, and proof dough according to recipes. Operate ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment. Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistent product quality. Check the freshness, appearance, texture, and taste of finished products. Prepare ingredients and maintain sufficient stock for daily production. Follow production schedules and complete orders on time. Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and work areas. Comply with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company standards. Assist with developing new bakery products when required. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant bakery experience. Knowledge of bread-making, dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques. Able to work early mornings, shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to product quality.
