Lorry Driver

Job Summary Drive company lorry to transport workers, goods, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining vehicle condition and adhering to schedules and safety regulations. Responsibilities Drive company lorry to transport workers, goods, materials, and equipment according to assigned schedules Load and unload goods safely, verifying quantities against delivery orders to ensure accuracy Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and collections Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customers’ acknowledgement upon delivery Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep the lorry clean and roadworthy for safe operation Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delivery issues promptly to supervisors Comply with traffic regulations and company safety procedures at all times Assist with general warehouse or operational duties as needed Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence Physically able to handle loading and unloading duties Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant lorry-driving experience Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations Good driving record and strong safety awareness Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
