Waiter Supervisor

Job Summary You will supervise daily service operations, lead and train waitstaff, manage customer interactions, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient dining experiences in a fast-paced F&B environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily service operations to maintain smooth workflow and high service standards Lead, train, and schedule waitstaff to ensure effective team performance and customer service Welcome customers and assign tables to optimize seating and flow Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction by observing and addressing service issues promptly Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to resolve issues and enhance guest experience Coordinate with kitchen staff to synchronize service and food preparation for efficient operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area to comply with health and safety standards Check stock levels regularly and arrange replenishment of supplies to avoid shortages Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare the restaurant for daily operations and secure it after service Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace procedures to uphold regulatory standards Perform other duties assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant experience in the F&B industry to effectively manage service operations Good leadership and communication skills to guide staff and interact with customers Service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle customer complaints constructively Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Responsible, punctual, and a good team player to contribute positively to the work environment
