Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of CRM systems and workflows. Maintain CRM data integrity through data cleansing, segmentation, and database management. Develop and maintain CRM documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices. Coordinate CRM campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs), messaging campaigns, event invitations, and customer follow-ups. Monitor customer leads from various channels and ensure timely assignment and follow-up. Prepare CRM reports and dashboards to track customer engagement, campaign performance, lead conversion, and database growth. Analyse campaign and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement. Support digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media management, online campaigns, and content coordination. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, competitor activities, and digital marketing metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
