Salary: up to $4000 Duration: 7 months Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: One North Job Description: • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accurate documentation. • Support onboarding processes by coordinating workstation preparation. • Manage recruitment postings across job platforms and assist with end-to-end hiring coordination. • Administer employee benefits and insurance claims and liaise with insurers to resolve related matters. • Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement initiatives to support workplace culture. • Oversee office facilities and ensure proper upkeep of equipment and general office amenities. • Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by management.
