About this role
Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Product Backlog Refinement, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and Agile delivery standards. Drive Agile delivery execution across multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring predictable sprint outcomes, continuous value delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, Lean practices, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile scaling methodologies. Identify, analyze, and eliminate delivery impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies to maximize team throughput and operational efficiency. Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, well-defined, and continuously refined Product Backlog using effective backlog management and user story decomposition techniques. Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics including Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD), Predictability Index, and Defect Trends to support data-driven decision making. Establish Agile governance frameworks, delivery dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level metrics to monitor portfolio health, sprint performance, and release readiness. Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency management, and end-to-end software delivery across distributed Agile teams. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support Agile Release Management by coordinating deployment schedules, release readiness assessments, production cutovers, and post-release retrospectives. Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives by implementing Agile operating models, organizational change management practices, and continuous process improvement strategies. Conduct Agile maturity assessments, identify process gaps, and develop actionable improvement roadmaps to increase Agile adoption and team effectiveness. Promote engineering excellence by encouraging DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Test Automation, Shift-Left Testing, and quality-first development approaches. Manage delivery risks, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and project issues through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication. Foster a culture of servant leadership, transparency, collaboration, continuous feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement across business and technology organizations. Facilitate Agile workshops, Scrum training sessions, Value Stream Mapping, Story Mapping, Release Planning, Estimation Workshops, and Retrospectives to improve team maturity and delivery performance. Ensure compliance with organizational Agile governance standards, security policies, regulatory requirements, and software quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean metrics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen principles, and lessons learned to optimize delivery processes. Promote knowledge sharing, Agile Communities of Practice (CoP), and mentoring programs to strengthen Agile capabilities across the enterprise. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager within enterprise software development environments. Strong practical experience implementing Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery methodologies. Demonstrated experience managing multiple Scrum teams supporting complex enterprise applications, digital transformation programs, or cloud-based platforms. Extensive hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Boards, Microsoft Project, Trello, Miro, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and advanced dashboard/reporting capabilities.
