Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager (Full Set Accounts)

Full Set Accountant Manager Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 + Performance Bonus Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm Location: Commonwealth What You'll Be Doing Support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company's full finance and accounting functions. Manage the full set of accounts, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Bank Reconciliations Fixed Assets Management Month-End Closing Financial Statement Preparation Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, financial analyses, and performance insights. Review and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Monitor budget utilization and support financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Oversee credit control processes and cash flow management. Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve finance operations through system enhancements and automation. Partner with stakeholders across business units to support financial decision-making and business growth. What We're Looking For Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full-set accounts and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements. Experience in month-end closing and management reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis. Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be advantageous.
