Job Summary Lead machining operations by planning, coordinating, and overseeing production cycles from part design to fabrication, ensuring quality standards and equipment maintenance in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities Report directly to the Machining Manager and implement company Quality policies and objectives Communicate and ensure full understanding of the company’s Quality policy among staff Plan machining work to meet production schedules and customer specifications Oversee daily operations to ensure production cycles are completed efficiently from part design through fabrication Coordinate and direct machining work according to customer requirements and industrial standards Troubleshoot technical and production issues to maintain smooth workflow Maintain accurate records of work in compliance with company procedures Ensure machinists properly maintain equipment and tools to support operational efficiency Enforce good housekeeping practices for machines, equipment, and the shop floor to maintain a safe and organized work environment Required competencies and certifications Minimum ITE qualification in mechanical or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant machining experience Familiarity with API 6A, API 16A, and other relevant industrial standards Strong CNC machining background with proficiency in Mastercam software Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated management skills to effectively lead and coordinate machining teams
