Job Summary You will work with the team to serve members, manage orders, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support shift preparations to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to welcome members and take accurate food and beverage orders to enhance their dining experience Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to meet members’ expectations Assist in preparing the dining area and service stations during opening and closing shifts to ensure smooth operations Respond promptly and effectively to members’ feedback to maintain excellent service standards Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area throughout the shift to provide a pleasant environment Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining service quality and efficiency Demonstrate a positive work attitude and cooperate with team members to achieve operational goals Exhibit customer-oriented behavior by taking initiative, being responsible, and working efficiently to support member satisfaction
