You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while delivering excellent service to members and guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and service procedures to ensure consistent quality Set up the bar before opening and close it at the end of each shift to maintain operational readiness Clean and sanitize the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas daily to uphold hygiene standards Monitor stock levels regularly and replenish supplies to maintain adequate inventory Assist with stocktaking and ordering to support efficient inventory management Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to members and guests to enhance their experience Follow food safety, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in a hotel, club, or food and beverage establishment Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines, and whisky to support beverage preparation Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally and warmly with members and guests
