Join Our Growing HR Outsourcing Team! We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our expanding HR outsourcing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, work pass administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities πΌ Payroll Processing Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients. Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave records. Prepare payroll reports, itemised payslips, CPF contributions, IR8A forms, and other statutory submissions. Ensure payroll complies with the Employment Act and statutory requirements. Liaise with clients to resolve payroll-related queries. π₯ Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. π Work Pass Administration Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and related MOM transactions. Manage foreign worker levy matters and maintain compliance with MOM regulations. π HR Administration Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documents. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. π Leave & Claims Management Administer leave, medical claims, and employee benefits. Ensure accurate records are maintained in the HR system. π Compliance & Reporting Prepare HR reports, labour market surveys, and statutory submissions. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. π€ Client Support Serve as the HR contact for assigned clients and provide timely HR operational support. Requirements βοΈ Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including payroll processing. βοΈ Experience handling payroll for multiple employees or clients is an advantage. βοΈ Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements. βοΈ Experience in work pass administration is preferred. βοΈ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS/Payroll systems. βοΈ Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. βοΈ Good communication and interpersonal skills. βοΈ Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
