Our Client Our client is an established, fast-growing beauty and wellness group with a premium professional skincare portfolio and advanced manufacturing capability. The business serves customers across Asia and international markets through a multi-channel model spanning: Distributors Professional spas Beauty salons Aesthetic clinics Derma clinics This is a strong platform for commercially minded talent who want exposure to premium skincare brands, international markets and professional beauty channels. Our Role You will help strengthen the company’s distributor network, support new market opportunities and play a visible role in expanding a premium beauty and wellness portfolio across professional and international channels. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys: Building distributor relationships Growing accounts Identifying new market opportunities Turning commercial plans into measurable sales growth What You Will Do Build strong, trusted relationships with distributor partners and understand their goals, market challenges and growth potential. Develop and execute commercial plans that increase revenue, market share and partner engagement across existing and new distributors. Identify new business opportunities through distributor development, market expansion, product launches and partnership initiatives. Use market data, customer feedback and competitor activity to shape practical sales strategies and spot emerging opportunities. Negotiate distributorship agreements, commercial terms and sales commitments that support profitable growth. Work closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and product development to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans. Monitor sales performance, market trends and partner progress, and translate insights into clear action plans. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Experience in sales, key account management or business development. Experience in beauty, wellness or skincare is preferred, or FMCG experience with a genuine passion for beauty/skincare. B2B sales experience is a must. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Self-driven, collaborative and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment.
