About this role

Institutional Sales Manager (Fund Management) Our client, a fast growing fund management firm is looking for institutional sales professionals to join their team. Job Description Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, insurance companies, banks, private banks, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and external asset managers. Drive sales of the firm's investment solutions across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, and ESG strategies. Identify new business opportunities and expand the institutional client base to achieve fundraising and revenue targets. Partner with portfolio managers and investment specialists to present investment strategies, market insights, and portfolio performance to clients and prospects. Lead RFPs, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and client presentations to support new mandates and ongoing client servicing. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities and product enhancements. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investment advisors, and distribution partners. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. 7–12 years of institutional sales or business development experience within an asset management or fund management company. Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, and ESG strategies. Proven track record in institutional client acquisition and relationship management. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
