Our Role You will drive the growth of the company’s OEM skincare business while supporting its regional commercial expansion across Malaysia and Singapore. The role combines OEM business development with a future regional sales mandate. You will manage and grow OEM client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help build direct-sales strategies as the company expands across key Southeast Asian markets. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys: Growing OEM skincare business across regional markets Building client and partner relationships across borders Supporting market entry and go-to-market execution Working closely with R&D, product and production teams Turning skincare concepts into commercial opportunities Helping build sales capability across Malaysia and Singapore What You Will Do Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM skincare clients across regional markets. Secure repeat orders for existing products while proactively pitching new product ideas. Identify and acquire new OEM clients through active lead generation, industry networks and cross-border commercial opportunities. Develop customized client pitches and coordinate product samples for trial testing. Monitor and respond to OEM business inquiries from HubSpot, Google Ads and other lead channels. Partner with marketing on EDMs, online campaigns and lead-generation initiatives to support regional pipeline growth. Follow up actively on new leads and provide regular pipeline updates to senior sales leadership. Work with R&D and product development teams to generate new product, formulation and packaging ideas for regional market needs. Stay updated on OEM, beauty and skincare trends across Malaysia, Singapore and wider regional markets. Coordinate with sales admin to ensure purchase orders are logged accurately and invoicing is completed on time. Work with production teams to support efficient OEM production planning and execution. Build strong knowledge of formulations and product specifications to support client discussions across different market requirements. Work with finance to ensure timely client payments and strong commercial discipline. Lead or support the setup and execution of direct-sales strategies in Malaysia and Singapore when launched. Help build sales teams, sales processes, targets and performance tracking across Malaysia and Singapore. Drive market entry, customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct-to-customer channels. Work with senior management to align regional sales activities with company objectives, operational efficiency and brand consistency. What We Are Looking For Minimum 5–6 years of business development experience. Experience in OEM, beauty, cosmetics or skincare is strongly preferred. Regional sales or cross-border business development experience is highly advantageous. Strong sales acumen with the ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate and close opportunities. Experience managing regional sales activity, distributors, clients or commercial partners across Southeast Asia is preferred. Good understanding of Malaysia and Singapore market dynamics will be advantageous. Comfortable working across sales, marketing, R&D, product development, production and finance. Able to navigate different market requirements, customer expectations and commercial priorities. Commercially driven, organized, persuasive and comfortable in a fast-growing regional environment.
