With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team! Roles & Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes: Invoice registration and processing, Matching invoices with purchase and delivery orders, Handling debit and credit notes Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Maintain full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness Prepare and process payments and disbursements Perform monthly bank reconciliations Assist with month-end closing and reporting Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and filing systems Support the finance team with ad hoc duties when required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance Proficient in handling full set of accounts Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.45pm
