About this role
Job Description Support end-to-end payroll processing activities. Process employee claims and verify supporting documentation. Maintain payroll and claims records with a high degree of accuracy. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Respond to payroll and claims-related enquiries. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and payment-related issues. Support compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives. Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation. Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll administration, claims administration, finance operations, or related functions. Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
