Job Overview Job title: Finance Business Partner (for EU & UK) Type: Singapore MNC Industry: Manufacturing Location: Central Region (near Bugis MRT) Core Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Operations, R&D and regional business teams across Europe & UK to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Prepare and analyse financial and operational KPIs , including monthly variance analysis and expense performance. Provide insights on business performance, cost control and profitability , identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Evaluate and improve business processes , working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Perform risk and internal control assessments , monitor corrective action plans and support compliance initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance business processes and support regional business objectives. Support ad hoc finance and business projects as assigned. Key Qualifications Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline . 8+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering . Hands-on experience partnering with Sales and Operations to support commercial decision-making. Strong analytical, stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience in business process improvement, internal controls and risk management . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Experience in manufacturing, export trading or supply chain environments is highly preferred. Comfortable supporting regional business operations and travelling to Europe approximately 50% of the time .
