Quantity Surveyor | A2 Maincon | Building Projects Location: Geylang/Project site Work Schedule: 5 days/week Overview Support project cost management, tendering, procurement, subcontract administration, and contract documentation. The role assists in managing project costs, payment claims, and contract-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during tendering. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions. Prepare subcontract documents, procurement schedules, and contract documentation. Assist in subcontract evaluation, negotiation, and award. Process payment claims, variation orders (VO), and monthly payment certificates. Maintain project records, including contract documents, variation orders, material price lists, and cost reports. Support procurement activities and monitor project costs for assigned projects. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Around 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or contract administration within the construction industry, preferably building projects experience. Knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost estimation, and subcontract management. Familiar with quantity take-off, payment claims, variation orders, and project costing.
