Company Overview Join a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Singapore as a Sales Lead, driving sales of cybersecurity, compliance, and AI strategy services at the boardroom level to SME leadership teams. Responsibilities Drive sales growth of cybersecurity, compliance, and AI strategy services by positioning offerings to SME decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, and Compliance Heads Build and maintain strong relationships with SME leadership to influence purchasing decisions and expand business opportunities Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify client pain points related to compliance, cybersecurity, and AI adoption Translate complex business risks into clear, compelling value propositions such as positioning PDPA compliance as a sales trust asset Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and project managers to design and deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs Consistently achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets through strategic sales execution Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership forums to enhance brand presence and network with key stakeholders Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, compliance, or cybersecurity Proven ability to sell solutions rather than products, particularly to SME leadership teams Strong knowledge of Singapore’s PDPA regulations, cybersecurity trends, and AI adoption landscape Effective communication skills to engage both technical teams and C-suite decision-makers Consultative and outcome-driven sales mindset Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience selling Microsoft 365, Sophos, or AI SaaS solutions Other Information Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions Opportunity to pioneer next-generation MSP services in Singapore Direct involvement in shaping service strategy Career growth potential into sales leadership roles **Only shorlisted candidates will be notified.Remuneration package will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
