Maintenance Technician (F&B Equipment)

Position: Technician Location: Bedok Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: F&B Main Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of F&B equipment and facilities Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, ovens, fryers, steamers, induction cookers, and exhaust systems Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery when required Maintain outlet facilities, including lighting, water supply systems, doors, locks, and other building fixtures Keep maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory up to date Requirements: Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or technician support Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
