They are looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to support production coordination, supplier follow-up, order fulfilment and process improvement. This is a hands-on operations role with direct exposure to production planning, supplier coordination, quality checks, shipping documentation and process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and play an important role in ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, on time and according to specifications. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily production schedules and order requirements. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and overseas production partners on timelines, specifications and delivery updates. Issue job orders and follow up on production progress. Prepare and maintain production, shipping and order-related documents. Coordinate import/export matters and delivery schedules. Support stock replenishment and preparation of goods for exhibitions or sales meetings. Assist with ISO/SOP compliance and process improvement. Conduct quality checks to ensure completed goods meet specifications. Support sourcing of new suppliers, materials and production solutions. Provide regular updates to management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or related discipline. At least 2–3 years’ experience in operations, production coordination, manufacturing, shipping or order fulfilment. Experience in supplier coordination, production planning, shipping documents or quality checks will be advantageous. Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple timelines. Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who can only communicate in Mandarin.
