Applications Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, leading machine, process, and application troubleshooting while coordinating critical issues with regional stakeholders. Plan, execute, and qualify customer trials, experiments, and joint development projects (JDPs), ensuring successful implementation and validation of solutions. Conduct scientific and process analyses, interpret findings, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to support business decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing innovative ideas, monitoring technology and industry trends, and providing regional process and tool usage feedback to product teams. Develop technical documentation, application notes, and training materials, while delivering seminars and presentations to customers, sales teams, and service organizations.
