Technical Sales Engineer

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting business and product sales by delivering technical solutions, conducting customer evaluations, and providing both pre- and Post-Sales support for Die AOI (Die Sorter) systems. This role bridges customer requirements with internal engineering teams to drive business growth and product development. Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers for Die AOI / Die Sorter solutions Technical support of field service engineers and customers when required Prepare and deliver technical specification, presentations, proposals, and customized solutions to customers. Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies related to Die AOI and advanced packaging Prepare and maintain competitive analysis between internal products and competitor solutions Support marketing team for product launches, including preparation of videos, brochures, and demo materials. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical,Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline) Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductorequipment or Die Sorter systems. (Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter will be preferred.) Ability to manage customer expectations, negotiations, and issue resolution while effectively coordinating across multiple stakeholders (customers, sales, R&D, and application teams) Availability to travel for customer visits, events, or proposal-related activities. Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft application Good analytical skill
