Job Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and updateBuilding Information Modelling (BIM) models for Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)systems using Autodesk Revit throughout all stages of the project. • Produce accurate andcoordinated shop drawings, construction drawings, builders' work drawings, andas-built drawings from BIM models in accordance with project specifications,consultant requirements, and company standards. • Create, manage, and maintainRevit project files, ensuring that BIM models are organised, updated, andcoordinated throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and update detailedlayouts and routing for electrical services, including but not limited to:Cabletrays and cable trunking, Electrical conduits,Underground services,Slab conduitrouting,Lighting layouts,Small power layouts,Lightning protectionsystems,Electrical equipment and distribution boards,Other MEP services whererequired • Coordinate BIM models witharchitectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, andother relevant disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. • Perform model reviews and clashdetection using BIM software and work closely with project teams to resolvecoordination issues in a timely manner. • Update BIM models and drawingsbased on consultant comments, design revisions, site conditions, Requests forInformation (RFIs), and construction progress. • Prepare drawings for consultantsubmissions, authority submissions, construction, fabrication, and projectdocumentation when required. • Ensure all BIM models anddrawings comply with project specifications, company BIM standards, andrelevant industry requirements. • Liaise and coordinate withProject Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, and subcontractorsto ensure drawing accuracy and project coordination. • Maintain proper revisioncontrol and ensure that the latest approved drawings and BIM models are issuedfor construction. • Support site teams by preparingadditional drawings, details, sections, and construction information asrequired. • Assist in preparing quantitytake-offs, drawing registers, and other project documentation where applicable. • Ensure assigned tasks anddrawing submissions are completed accurately and within the project schedule. • Participate in coordinationmeetings and provide technical drafting support throughout the project. • Maintain organised projectdocumentation and ensure proper filing of BIM models and drawings. • Carry out any other BIMmodelling, drafting, coordination, or project-related duties assigned by theProject Manager or immediate superior. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, BIM Engineering, or a related discipline. • Relevant working experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or MEP coordination within the construction industry is preferred. • Experience in Electrical MEP drafting or BIM modelling will be an advantage. • Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or mixed-development projects is advantageous. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD. • Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM collaboration platforms, or other BIM-related software will be an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Able to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents. • Understanding of BIM coordination processes, construction sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination. • Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, consultant requirements, and BIM standards is an advantage. • Good problem-solving and coordination skills with attention to detail. • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work to meet project timelines. • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and external stake holders. • Responsible, organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Willing to learn new technologies, software, and work processes to support project requirements. • A positive attitude, willingness to contribute, and commitment to delivering quality work. • Able to attend project coordination calls, meetings, or discussions outside normal working hours, when required by project schedules
