About this role

Singapore Cricket Club is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Property & Housekeeping Department. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Property & Housekeeping Department. Coordinate staff rosters, attendance records, leave applications, overtime claims, and uniform administration. Monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement of housekeeping and operational supplies. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, Finance, HR, and other departments on operational matters. Coordinate maintenance schedules, repair works, deliveries, and contractor services. Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting materials, purchase requisitions, and departmental documentation. Support housekeeping operations, event setups, car park administration, and departmental projects. Requirements Diploma/Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills. Meticulous with figures and records management. Prior administrative experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or a related environment will be an advantage.
