Events Executive

Singapore Cricket Club (SCC) is looking for a dynamic and organised Events Executive to join our Member Engagement team. If you enjoy planning events, working with people, and seeing your ideas come to life, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities As an Events Executive, you will: Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of Club events and member engagement activities. Manage assigned interest groups and member sections. Coordinate event logistics with internal departments, vendors and service providers. Manage event registrations and provide prompt responses to members' enquiries. Prepare event orders, purchase orders, reports, meeting agendas and presentation materials. Record meeting minutes for the Member Engagement and Social Sub-Committee meetings. Ensure all event promotional materials are updated across the Club's communication platforms, including the website and digital signages. Work closely with the Catering Sales and Operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Maintain proper filing, documentation and inventory records for the Events Department. Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager. Requirements Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event planning, hospitality or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required to support Club events.
