Company Overview Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) is Singapore’s first and longest serving independent chamber since1837, representing the diversity of the Singapore business community. Job Summary The Assistant Manager/ Manager is to lead the strategy, content, and delivery of SICC’s flagship programmes and partnerships, driving innovation,commercial development, and partner engagement to strengthen SICC’s reputation as the premier convenor of business communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of impactful programmes & events, integrating fresh content, seamless logistics, and engaging participant experiences. Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to co-create value and ensure long-term relationships. Harness digital tools and data insights to expand reach, measure impact, and continuously innovate programme design. Develop creative marketing campaigns to elevate visibility, reach and participation across member and public audiences. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure programmes reinforce SICC’s role as a premier convenor of business communities. Build and manage sponsorship pipelines by crafting compelling value propositions and partnership packages that attract and retain sponsors. Contribute to new initiatives that drive the Chamber’s strategic goals. To assist with event cost monitoring, and conduct ROI analysis for each programme to optimize financial performance. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
