About this role

At SJ Group, we are looking for someone who can help us attract, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through LinkedIn and social media. This role combines branding, recruitment, and candidate outreach. The goal is to help the right people notice SJ Group, understand our culture, feel curious about the opportunity, and eventually take the next step to meet us. Your main role will be to: Source and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn and social platforms Reach out to candidates with personalised messages Manage follow-ups and keep candidates engaged Create recruitment-focused content that builds interest in SJ Group Reply to candidate DMs and comments professionally and timely Track outreach, replies, appointments, and candidate progress Help convert suitable candidates into meaningful career conversations This role is for someone who enjoys both people and social media. You must be comfortable starting conversations, following up consistently, writing clearly, and helping candidates feel curious enough to explore a career with us. A good fit would be someone who is: Proactive and resourceful Strong in communication Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and DMs Organised with follow-ups Interested in recruitment, branding, and candidate engagement Able to work independently Comfortable with outcome-based work Willing to engage candidates outside normal office hours when needed Experience in recruitment, insurance, banking, marketing, or social media will be an advantage, but the most important thing is this: You must enjoy reaching out to people and building relationships. This is not a behind-the-scenes admin role. This is a role for someone who can help SJ Group attract the right people, start the right conversations, and support the growth of our team. Singaporean/PR only. Local diploma required. Recruitment bonus incentive will be given for successful candidate placements.
